All entries must comply with the official JEWELS 2026 Competition Rules, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements applicable to the respective competition category.
Where applicable, entries must be the original work of the applicant. For categories involving gemstones, mineral specimens, or other materials not created by the applicant, the applicant must be the lawful owner or authorised representative of the entry.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify the authenticity, identity, declared materials, treatment status, origin, ownership, authorship, and eligibility of any entry and may request additional information or documentation where necessary.
Submission Requirements
- Complete and submit the official JEWELS 2026 Competition Application Form.
- A maximum of five (5) entries/items may be submitted per application.
- A detailed description of each entry must be provided, including all relevant information required for the respective competition category.
- Supporting documentation, identification reports, photographs, or other information may be requested where relevant.
- All entries must be submitted within the specified submission period and in accordance with the instructions issued by the Organising Committee.
- Entries that are incomplete, incorrectly declared, or do not meet the requirements of the relevant category may be rejected or disqualified.
Judging & Final Decision
All eligible entries will be assessed by the appointed JEWELS 2026 Judging Panel in accordance with the judging criteria established for each competition category.
The decision of the JEWELS 2026 Judging Panel shall be final.
