Application fee: Rs. 1,500 per application — up to five items in total.
Register online, then download, print and complete the Competition Entry and Item Details Form. Bring the completed and signed form, your competition registration number, competition items and supporting descriptions/documents to OPA on 28 November.

About the Competition
Recognising Skill, Creativity and Excellence
The JEWELS 2026 Competition is intended to provide a platform for participants to demonstrate creativity, technical ability, professional knowledge and craftsmanship within selected competition categories.
The competition forms an important part of the overall JEWELS exhibition experience, bringing together participants, judges, industry professionals, students and visitors.
How It Works
Simple Online Registration. Detailed Administration Offline.
Register online and select your categories, with up to five items in total per application. The application fee is Rs. 1,500.
After registration, retain your unique competition registration number. Download and complete the entry form, then bring it with your items and supporting documents to OPA on 28 November 2026 from 9.00 a.m. onwards.

Register Online
Provide your contact details, select your category or categories and indicate the number of intended items.

Receive Confirmation
The system issues a unique JEWELS competition registration number and confirmation email.

Submit Items
Bring your completed entry form, registration number, items and supporting documents to OPA, Colombo 07, on 28 November 2026 from 9.00 a.m. onwards.

Awards & Recognition
JEWELS 2026 Competition Awards
Eligible competition entries will be recognised under the following JEWELS 2026 award levels.
Ruby
Awarded to the first-place entry in the relevant competition category.
Ruby Merit
Awarded to the second-place entry in the relevant competition category.
Sapphire
Awarded in recognition of an entry qualifying for the Final Round of the JEWELS 2026 Competition in the relevant category.
All eligible entries will be assessed by the appointed JEWELS 2026 Judging Panel in accordance with the judging criteria established for the relevant competition category. The decision of the JEWELS 2026 Judging Panel shall be final.

Competition Timeline
Preliminary selection takes place on Saturday, 28 November 2026, from 9.00 a.m. onwards at Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA), 275/75, Prof. Stanley Wijesundera Mawatha, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka. Complete and bring your entry form and items. Final judging arrangements will be communicated by the organising committee.
